Join Vinted through this invite and you can earn up to £15 in Vinted vouchers — £5 once you list three items within 7 days of signing up, and £10 more once you sell an item to another member using the Buy now button within 30 days. Both sides earn the same amounts. The detail that decides whether you actually spend all £15: Vinted issues the £10 as two separate £5 vouchers, only one voucher can be used per order, and a voucher only applies to orders of £15 or more excluding Buyer Protection, shipping and optional services. Vouchers expire after 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Join Vinted UK through this invite link and both sides can earn up to £15 in vouchers: £5 each once the new member lists 3 items within 7 days of signing up, and £10 each once they sell an item to another member via Buy now within 30 days. Vinted issues that £10 as two separate £5 vouchers, allows one voucher per order, and applies vouchers only to orders of £15 or more excluding Buyer Protection, shipping and optional services — so spending the full £15 takes at least three qualifying orders. Vouchers expire after 90 days.
How the Vinted invite code works
- Tap 'Open Vinted' below and create your account through the invite — it has to be used at sign-up, and it works once per person
- List three items within 7 days of signing up. Both you and the person who invited you get £5 to spend on Vinted
- Sell an item to another member using the Buy now button within 30 days of signing up — that releases a further £10 to each side, issued as two £5 vouchers
- Watch the 90-day clock: the expiry date sits beside each voucher in 'Your referrals', and an expired voucher cannot be reinstated
- Spend them one per order on baskets of £15 or more (item price only — Buyer Protection, postage and optional services do not count towards the £15)
Who's eligible
New Vinted UK members signing up through the invite link — the link must be used when the account is created, and each link works once per invited person. UK links cannot be used to register on another country's Vinted platform. The selling reward requires a genuine sale to another member, not to the person who invited you. Vouchers are capped at £1,000 per year across the whole programme and can be withheld or cancelled for abusive or fraudulent activity.
About Vinted
Vinted is Europe's leading second-hand fashion marketplace, operated by Vinted Group UAB, a Lithuanian technology company. Its model is the reason the referral works the way it does: for private sellers, listing and selling are free. Vinted makes its money from the Buyer Protection fee and optional paid extras such as bumped listings, which is why a buyer's basket always totals a little more than the sticker price — and why the referral voucher pointedly does not apply to that fee.
What you earn, and when
Two rewards on two separate clocks, both starting the day the account is created. Both sides receive the same amounts.
| Reward | What triggers it | Deadline | How it is issued |
|---|---|---|---|
| £5 | The new member lists 3 items | Within 7 days of signing up | Credit to spend on Vinted |
| £10 | The new member sells an item to another member using the Buy now button | Within 30 days of signing up | Two vouchers of £5 each |
They are independent. Miss the 7-day listing window and the selling reward still stands; make no sale inside 30 days and you keep the £5. The sale must be to another member — Vinted specifies "to another user (not you)" — so you cannot arrange it with the person who invited you.
The rule that decides what £15 is really worth
This is the part no other referral page tells you, and it is the difference between "£15 free" and what actually happens.
Vinted splits and gates the vouchers:
- The £10 is "split in 2 vouchers of £5 each".
- "You can only use one voucher per order."
- A voucher only applies where "the price of the item(s) is £15 or more".
- That £15 excludes the Buyer Protection fee, shipping costs, and optional services for buyers or sellers.
Put those together. Each voucher needs its own separate order of £15-plus in item value. To spend the full £15 of rewards you need at least three qualifying purchases, totalling £45 or more of items, all inside the 90-day expiry window.
That is still £15 off genuine spending — it is simply not a lump sum, and you should plan around it rather than discover it at a checkout.
Spending the vouchers without losing them
| Vinted's rule | What to do about it |
|---|---|
| Expire after 90 days | Check the date beside each voucher in "Your referrals" the day it lands |
| Item price must reach £15 | Ignore the basket total — postage and Buyer Protection do not count |
| One per order | Space your purchases; do not try to stack two on one basket |
| Buy now only | Vouchers do not apply to accepted offers or custom-shipping listings |
| Not cash, not transferable | "Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users" |
Getting the earning side right
The link must be used at sign-up. Vinted's terms: "Your friends need to sign up using your referral link and create an account." There is no retrospective route for an existing account, and each link works once per invited person.
A UK link is a UK link. "Referral links generated on one country's Vinted platform (e.g. France) cannot be used to register on another country's Vinted platform (e.g. Spain). Each country's referral program works separately." If you are registering outside the UK, this invite is not the one for you.
List things that will actually sell. The 7-day task is three listings — it says nothing about quality, but the 30-day task needs a real buyer. Three listings chosen to be sellable in a month is a better strategy than three listings chosen to be quick, because the second reward is twice the size of the first.
The £1,000 annual ceiling. Across the whole programme "you can get up to £1000 per year in vouchers" — far beyond what one invite produces, but it is a published cap, and Vinted can suspend participation and cancel vouchers for behaviour that breaches its rules.
Honest verdict
| You are | Verdict |
|---|---|
| Clearing a wardrobe anyway | Strong — you were going to list and sell regardless; the £15 is a bonus on work already planned |
| A regular Vinted buyer | Good — the three-order spending pattern fits normal buying |
| Only looking to buy one thing | Weak — one £5 voucher applies to that order, and the remaining £10 needs a sale you are not planning |
| Not intending to sell | Partial — you can still earn the £5 for three listings, but two-thirds of the value needs a completed sale |
How we verified this
We read Vinted's own "How referrals work" terms page in full rather than relying on the in-app invite banner, which compresses the offer to "get £15, give £15" and omits the splitting, the one-per-order rule and the £15 item-price threshold. Every quoted rule on this page is taken verbatim from that terms page. The invite link is live-checked daily.
Source documentation
All figures, deadlines and quoted rules come from Vinted's "How referrals work" page at vinted.co.uk/referrals-terms — the source for the 7-day and 30-day windows, the two-vouchers-of-£5 split, the 90-day expiry, the one-voucher-per-order rule, the £15 item-price threshold and its exclusions (Buyer Protection and Buyer Protection Pro, shipping, optional services), the Buy now requirement, the custom-shipping exclusion, non-transferability and the £1,000 annual cap. Corporate background is from Wikipedia's Vinted article. Programme terms are set by Vinted and may change without notice — HonestCodes link-checks this invite daily and re-reads the terms on the date shown at the top of this page.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Vinted £15 referral still running in 2026?
Yes — verified on the date at the top of this page against Vinted's own 'How referrals work' terms page. Vinted's wording: "If you are a registered Vinted user or Pro seller, you can invite friends to join Vinted and get up to £15 to shop on Vinted." Both sides earn the same amounts, and the programme has no published end date. What changes between Vinted's countries is the currency and the amounts, not the structure — a UK link is a UK-only link.
What exactly do I have to do to get the full £15?
Two separate tasks on two separate clocks, both starting the day you sign up. List three items within 7 days and £5 is released to each side. Sell an item to another member — not to the person who invited you — using the Buy now button within 30 days, and a further £10 is released to each side. Miss the 7-day listing window and you keep the selling reward; make no sale in 30 days and you keep the £5. They are independent.
Why can I not spend all £15 in one go?
Because of how Vinted splits and gates the vouchers, and this is the part nobody else spells out. The £10 selling reward is "split in 2 vouchers of £5 each", and Vinted's rule is that "you can only use one voucher per order" on baskets of £15 or more. So each voucher needs its own qualifying order. Realistically, spending the whole £15 takes at least three separate purchases of £15 or more — roughly £45 of shopping — inside the 90-day expiry window. It is real money off, but it is not a £15 lump sum.
Does the £15 minimum include postage and Buyer Protection?
No, and this catches people at checkout. The voucher applies automatically when the item or bundle price is £15 or more, explicitly excluding the Buyer Protection (or Buyer Protection Pro) fee, shipping costs and any optional services for buyers or sellers. A £13 dress with £3 postage and a protection fee looks like a £17 basket and will not take the voucher — the item price has to clear £15 on its own.
How long do Vinted referral vouchers last?
Ninety days. Vinted states "Vouchers will expire after 90 days" with the expiration date shown next to each voucher in the 'Your referrals' section. Given that spending all of them needs several £15-plus orders, the 90 days is the binding constraint for most people — not the earning, but the spending.
Can I get the cash instead, or give a voucher to someone else?
Neither. Vinted is unambiguous: "Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users." They are credit against Vinted purchases and nothing else. They also cannot be used to pay for Buyer Protection, shipping, optional services, or items listed with the custom-shipping option, and the order must be placed using the Buy now button rather than through an offer.
Is there a limit on how much I can earn from referrals?
Yes — "you can get up to £1000 per year in vouchers to shop on Vinted" across the programme. At up to £15 per successful referral that is a ceiling most people will never approach, but it exists, and Vinted can suspend participation and withhold or cancel vouchers where someone is "doing something that is against these rules or the T&Cs", or acting abusively or fraudulently.
Does the invite work if I already have a Vinted account?
No. The rewards attach to a newly created account that used the referral link at sign-up — "your friends need to sign up using your referral link and create an account". There is no way to apply an invite to an existing account afterwards, and Vinted's link is single-use per invited person. A UK link also cannot register an account on another country's Vinted platform: each country's programme runs separately.
Who runs Vinted, and what does it cost to sell?
Vinted Group UAB is a Lithuanian technology company and Europe's leading second-hand fashion marketplace. For private sellers, listing and selling are free — Vinted's money comes from the Buyer Protection fee and optional paid services such as bumped listings, which is why the buyer's basket is always a little more than the sticker price. That fee structure is also why the referral voucher excludes it: Vinted will discount the item, not its own commission.
