What we do
Most code sites publish thousands of codes and hope some of them work. HonestCodes publishes fewer, and verifies every one. For each brand we list, you get:

- A dated verification — the day we last checked the offer against the brand's own terms, shown on every page.

Who runs HonestCodes
HonestCodes is founded and edited by Bez, Founder & Editor-in-Chief. Every offer on the site is checked under his name. He brings 10 years in software engineering — the engineering discipline behind the most rigorously checked codes directory in the UK.
HonestCodes is a trading name of CLOCKWISE LTD, registered in England and Wales (company no. 15143248). It is independent: no brand, affiliate network or investor owns any part of it, and none of them decides what we publish.
How we verify every offer
Every offer is checked before it is published, and keeps being checked for as long as it is live:
- Source check. We read the brand's own published terms — its website, help centre or app — never another code site's listing.
- Figure check. The amount, who gets it, the qualifying step and the time limit are copied from those terms.
- Daily link check. An automated check opens every brand's code or deal link each day; a dead link keeps its old date until it is fixed or removed.
- Monthly re-verification. We re-read the terms every month. The “Verified” date on each page is the most recent check — last checked, not last changed.

How HonestCodes is funded
HonestCodes is free to use and reader-supported. When you sign up or buy through a link on the site, the brand may pay us a commission, through its own programme or an affiliate network such as Awin, Impact or CJ. It never costs you anything extra, never changes the offer you receive, and never buys a listing or a better write-up. The details are on how we make money.
