Lift Republic promo code — 50% off your first month: coaching £64

Lift Republic at a glance

Lift Republic is the UK's #1 online personal trainer: real coaching from a qualified human coach, built around the life you actually have. It coaches men and women of any age and any starting point to lose fat, build muscle, get strong or simply get fit, online wherever they live and in person in London. Plans start at £39 a month, roll month to month, and can be cancelled at any time.

What sets it apart from a fitness app is the coach. Every Online Personal Trainer member gets a plan built from their own goal, schedule and kit, then a weekly review in which the coach looks at what happened and changes the plan so it keeps working. Members can message the coach any time and send videos of their lifts for form checks. Lift Republic calls the approach the Republic Method.

Lift Republic is a trading name of Clockwise Ltd (company no. 15143248), registered in England and Wales. Payments run through Stripe.

The code, and the link

Lift Republic promo code: HONEST50 Deal link: https://honestcodes.co.uk/go/liftrepublic

HONEST50 is the HonestCodes link to Lift Republic's half-price first month, applied for you automatically through https://honestcodes.co.uk/go/liftrepublic. It takes £65 off your first month of Online Personal Trainer, and Lift Republic halves Plan Only's first month with no code needed:

Plan	Standard price	First month	What you get
Online Personal Trainer	£129 a month	£64 with HONEST50	Your custom plan, a weekly check-in with your coach, weekly plan changes and messaging
Plan Only	£39 a month	£19, no code needed	Your custom plan, calorie and protein targets, progress tracking and every calculator

From month two the plan renews at its standard price until you cancel. Online Personal Trainer is Lift Republic's most popular plan, and with HONEST50 its first month costs £64.

Online Personal Trainer: your own coach

Online Personal Trainer is Lift Republic's coaching in full. It includes everything in Plan Only, plus:

• A weekly check-in with your coach, who reviews your training, food and progress.
• Plan changes every week as your body and your week change, so progress never stalls.
• Messaging whenever you need it, between reviews.
• Form checks on your lifts by video.
• Recovery advice that works with your schedule.

Lift Republic caps Online Personal Trainer places so every member gets proper attention. With HONEST50, month one is £64.

Plan Only: the plan without a coach

Plan Only is the self-serve option for people who want a plan built for them and the tools to run it themselves:

• A plan built around your goal and real life.
• Calorie and protein targets worked out for you.
• Progress tracking and every Lift Republic calculator.
• No lock-in: cancel any time.

At £39 a month it is Lift Republic's easiest way in, and its first month is £19, with no code needed. Members can move up to Online Personal Trainer later for the weekly coach.

Premium and in-person London training

Two further tiers are arranged directly with Lift Republic:

• Premium, from £349 a month: full 1-to-1 online coaching with fully bespoke programming, priority access and personal strategy calls. By application, with places capped.
• In-person personal training in London, from £749 a month: hands-on 1-to-1 sessions plus the full plan and coaching between them.

HONEST50 is built for Online Personal Trainer; Plan Only's half-price first month needs no code.

Six programmes, one coach

Lift Republic builds every plan around one of six goals: Muscle Growth, Fat Loss, Lose Fat + Build Muscle, Athletic Performance, Strength and Health & Fitness. Beginners are welcome; no gym experience is needed, and plans fit short, effective sessions into a real week.

Alongside the coaching, Lift Republic publishes calculators (calories, macros, BMI, body fat, one-rep max, running pace and more) and a library of more than 100 evidence-based guides on training, nutrition, supplements and recovery, grounded in sources such as the NHS, ACSM, NSCA and ISSN.

The 14-day money-back guarantee, and cancelling

Lift Republic backs its monthly plans with a 14-day money-back guarantee, so the first month at half price carries no risk at all. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee:

• Cancel any time from the billing portal or by emailing hello@liftrepublic.com.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in full.

Lift Republic is founded and coached by Bez (Behzad Hosseini), its head coach. His qualifications are UK-regulated (RQF):

Members work with him directly. Lift Republic's editorial standards commit to evidence-based coaching with no fads, and its guides cite dated sources a reader can check.

Lift Republic next to ClassPass

Both are fitness offers on HonestCodes with a verified new-member deal, and they solve different problems: ClassPass gives access to studio classes, Lift Republic gives you a coach and a plan.

	Lift Republic	ClassPass
What you get	A qualified coach, a custom plan and weekly reviews	Classes at partner studios and gyms
New-member deal	Online Personal Trainer £64 for month one with HONEST50; Plan Only £19, no code needed	1 month free with 15 workouts through the HonestCodes link

ClassPass figures come from HonestCodes' own verified ClassPass entry. Lift Republic's pricing page puts typical 1-to-1 coaching at £150 to £300 or more a month, against £64 for a first month of Online Personal Trainer with HONEST50.

Why this code is the one to use

Coupon pages list fitness "codes" with no date and no source, which is how people end up typing a code that never existed. This page does the opposite:

• HONEST50 is the HonestCodes link to Lift Republic's half-price first month, set up on Lift Republic's own checkout and applied automatically through our link.
• Every price, plan and step is read from Lift Republic's own pages: its pricing page, online personal trainer page and join page, on 3 October 2026.
• The entry is re-verified monthly, and the date at the top of this page is the last full check.
• The code and the full link are printed in plain text, ready to copy, tap or quote.
