What Udemy is

There is no Udemy promo code to type. The discount rides on the link. Arriving at Udemy through it on 23 September 2026 showed a banner reading Exclusive Affiliate Offer for September and, on the homepage, "Exclusive Affiliate discount with courses starting at £11.99".

Reached directly, Udemy's homepage was running its own sale — courses from £11.99 to £12.99 until 24 September — with bestsellers such as 100 Days of Code: The Complete Python Pro Bootcamp at £29.99 (list £34.99) and Microsoft Excel — Excel from Beginner to Advanced 2026 at £17.99 (list £19.99). The affiliate offer goes further on the courses it covers, and it is the one the link unlocks.

Udemy rotates its affiliate offer each month, so the banner text and exact prices change. This page records what the link showed on the date at the top, and it is re-read every month.

The Personal Plan: 20% off for 3 months

For anyone planning to learn more than one thing, the subscription is the better deal. On 23 September 2026 Udemy's pricing page listed:

Udemy also sells partnership subscriptions — including a Google AI Professional Certificate path with three career learning tracks and more than 20 practice activities — with flexible purchase options listed from £15 a month.

Courses or subscription: which suits you

• One specific skill. Buy the course. You keep it for good, the affiliate price starts at £11.99, and eligible courses can be refunded within 30 days.
• A certification. Many cert-prep courses — AWS, CompTIA Security+, PMP — are bestsellers on Udemy. One course plus its practice exams usually covers it; the Personal Plan adds certification prep across providers.

With tens of thousands of courses, choosing well matters more than the price. Udemy's listings give you everything needed to decide before you pay:

1. Check the rating and the number of ratings together. A 4.7 from hundreds of thousands of learners, as on 100 Days of Code or Microsoft Excel — Excel from Beginner to Advanced 2026, tells you far more than a 4.9 from a few dozen.
2. Look at the length and the lecture count. A 57-hour bootcamp and a 10-hour primer suit different goals; pick the one that matches the time you actually have.
3. Read the level. Listings say whether a course is for beginners, intermediate learners or all levels.
4. Check the update year. Certification and AI courses move fast; the best-sellers above all carry 2026 in their titles or were updated for the current exam.
