Phones Direct discount code: what you save
A Phones Direct discount code is not needed to get up to 70% off, because the saving is built into the sale price. The shop's home page banner reads "Save up to 70% When Buying Refurbished", and it covers refurbished iPhones and Samsung phones.

Open Phones Direct through the link, choose a phone and the sale price is waiting at checkout. Nothing is typed in and nothing is revealed. An iPhone 11 starts at £100.00 against a regular £488.99, which is £388.99 less. That phone is unlocked and carries a 12-month warranty.
Phones Direct in brief
Phones Direct (phonesdirect.com) sells refurbished, SIM-free iPhones and Samsung phones, plus some brand-new handsets. Every phone is unlocked, so it takes a SIM from any network. The firm behind the shop is Webuyanyphone Limited, trading as Phones Direct, and its about page tells the story of a business running since 2012.
Buyers are UK shoppers who want a recent iPhone or Samsung for less than the new price. The range runs from the iPhone 11 up to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Each handset is Phonecheck certified and sold with a 12-month warranty, so a lower price does not mean a phone without cover.
Phones Direct UK prices with the discount
These are the refurbished prices read on the Phones Direct home page on 16 October 2026. Each one is a "from" price, so the final figure depends on the condition grade you pick.
| Product | Refurbished price from | Regular price | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|

What a refurbished iPhone or Samsung gives you
A lower price is only a good deal if the phone is sound. These are the features Phones Direct puts on its pages.
- Unlocked for any network. Every phone is SIM-free, so you can keep your current network or switch whenever you like.
- A 40-point check. Phones are listed as Phonecheck certified, with a 40-point check before sale.
- A 12-month warranty. Cover runs for a full year, far longer than the refund window.
- Free next-day delivery. In-stock next-day items go by DPD the next day. Other items take 3 to 5 days.
- A 30-day refund window. Refurbished phones have a 30-day cooling-off period under the refund policy.
- Condition grades. Each phone page lets you choose a grade before you pay, so you pick the phone that suits your budget.
- 30 days of free insurance. Phones Direct lists it on its pages, and terms apply.
Phones Direct also sells some brand-new phones. They follow a different cancellation rule, set out in the terms below.
Terms in plain English
- Who qualifies: every UK shopper. No new-customer offer and no code are published.
- How the saving works: the sale price is the saving, and it is shown at checkout.
- Refurbished returns: the phone goes back with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition. The cost of used accessories is deducted.
- SIM and data: a returned phone should carry no SIM or personal data, because neither is sent back.
- Brand-new phones: a 14-day cancellation applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. A restocking fee may apply if the phone has been opened or used.
- Free insurance: the 30-day cover is marked "Terms apply" on the pages.
- Payment: you pay at checkout, and the footer lists the payment methods on offer.
Is there a Phones Direct promo code or discount code?
No. Phones Direct publishes no promo code, voucher code or first-order code for UK shoppers, and none is needed. The saving is the sale price, and the offer link above opens the shop where that price applies. Any code on a coupon list that promises extra money off has nothing on the Phones Direct pages to back it.
| What people search for | What actually exists |
|---|---|
| Phones Direct discount code first order | No first-order code. The sale prices are open to every UK shopper from the first order. |
| Phones Direct discount code NHS | No NHS rate is published. The refurbished sale prices are open to all. |
| Phones Direct discount code student | No student rate is published. The same sale prices apply to every shopper. |
| Phones Direct voucher code | No voucher. The saving is the "up to 70%" sale price on refurbished phones. |
| Phones Direct promo code | No promo code. The offer is link-only and needs nothing typed in. |
| Phones Direct refurbished review | This page quotes no ratings. Phones Direct's own pages state a 12-month warranty, a 40-point check and a 30-day refund window. |
Who it suits
- Upgraders on a budget. The iPhone 13, 14 and 15 show gaps of £394.00 to £437.00 against regular price, so a recent model costs far less than new.
- First-time iPhone buyers. The iPhone 11 starts at £100.00, and the 30-day refund window gives time to try it properly.
- Network switchers. Every phone is unlocked, so it works with a SIM from any UK network.
- Gift buyers. A Phonecheck-certified iPhone with a 12-month warranty makes a gift that comes with cover. In-stock next-day items arrive the next day by DPD.
Why this link is the one to use
The offer was read on Phones Direct's own home page on 16 October 2026, and every price in the table above comes from it. HonestCodes re-checks the page on the date shown at the top. The link is printed in full: https://honestcodes.co.uk/go/phones-direct.
Because no code exists, there is nothing to mistype, nothing to expire and nothing to be rejected at checkout. Undated coupon lists and old social posts still hand out codes for shops that publish none. This page says plainly what exists today: the saving sits in the price, and the link takes you straight to it.
